I’m glad to hear that despite the legal disputes between GV and Mahindra, the dealership base is growing. These compact diesel-powered trucks better get themselves this side of the atlantic soon. The midsize pickup segment is in desperate need of a shake up. Sales number indicate a clear move away from midsize to fullsize. And that’s not surprising given the fact that the newest midsize offering is the Suzuki Equator which is essentially a rebadged Frontier. Moreover, midsize trucks have become overly priced, sized and accessorized. It’s time to bring back the segment back to its workhorse roots – so come on in Mahindra!
